So, what's the big deal.......

about the Alabama State contract for purchasing 2-way radios and accessories? Some misguided bureaucrats who haven't taken the time to read the Code of Alabama or even to get an opinion from the Attorney General have been providing bad information and/or purchasing a single brand on the state contract and forcing it upon those who use the equipment. They haven't bothered to review the other approved brands, taken the time for going to bid, or looking at Federal GSA alternatives.  At the least, we think this is irresponsible.  At worst - it could be criminal!  We think you deserve the facts.  Once you have the facts, we urge you to demand that those responsible for dispersing taxpayer funds act in a legal and responsible manner.   Click here or on the image at the left form more information.  We think it will be well worth your time!
