Fleet Administration

Fleet administration is the process of managing field resources for maximum utilization at minimum cost. The CoPilot Enhanced (CPE) system provides all the functionality of a vehicle tracking system (which provides a high level of administrative control along with reduced litigation costs).  In addition, CPE provides secure dispatch communications capability.  Unlike 2-way radio, CPE can convey information in a text format which cannot be monitored by the public.  Additionally, the CPE provides turn by turn driving instructions to get dispatched vehicles to the scene as quickly as possible.  Driver safety is another benefit of CPE since an emergency distress message can be transmitted at the push of a button with location information displayed at the dispatch location.  Reduced vehicle operating expense can easily pay for a CPE system by reducing unauthorized travel, excessive idle time, and poor driving habits.

The CPE vehicle system is easy to install and can be rented, leased, or purchased as desired.  You can pay just $62.99 monthly (payable bi-annually), and terminate at any time.  Everything is included - Equipment rental, maintenance, and dispatch software for use on any Internet connected PC.  If you wish, we offer a three year lease purchase plan.  Pay just $62.99 monthly or $755.88 annually.  You can terminate at the end of any annual period without penalty.  At the end of three years, you can renew for an additional three year period and get new equipment, or pay one dollar and you own the system!
