Good news for  fire fighters!

The matching share for the 2005 FEMA fire grant program has been reduced to just 5% and that’s just part of the news from Falcon Direct!
We have been asked to provide a narrative for an all inclusive grant application that includes a new communications system, rescue vehicle, turnout gear, SCBA’s, fire detection and notification system for all major structures and a wireless panic alarm system for the elderly and disabled.  The good news is that we can it, although it will require two applications – one in March and another in the summer.  Additional details are available on request by calling 1.800.489.2611 or email burch@falcondirect.com.

Bet you never saw a pager like this….

The new Responder by Swissphone is better than TWICE as sensitive as a Minitor IV and it can operate on either 25 kHz or 12.5 kHz frequencies.  It has an LCD display to indicate call times, signal strength, and battery condition.  The price is only $325 including battery and charger.  We guarantee it is better than any other pager regardless of brand or model or your money back!  Additional information is available on the web at www.info4u.us/Responder.html.

How’s your hearing?

If you are a fire fighter and you don’t have hearing protection while traveling to the scene with a typical 100-watt siren, or if you operate the pump; the chances are good that you will have lost at least a portion of your hearing within the first five years of service!  With 20 years of service, the loss could be as much as 40%!

Eliminate the problem with a quality headset by Firecom!  The new direct-wire series are available for most handheld radios.  The cost is only $349 – a small price to pay for OSHA and NFPA compliance, being able to hear your radio messages and save your hearing!  You can order on line at www.falcondirect.com/Headsets.
