We're different! We don't claim to be the biggest, the best, the cheapest, or any other unsustainable claim that is neither verifiable or true. What we CAN claim is that we will give you the facts, offer you choices, extend great prices, and provide first quality batteries at reasonable cost. We have formed a completely separate division called MyBattery.us to offer the first and longest selectable term warranty in the industry. Our warranty is very simple. If the battery fails during the warranty term, we send you another - PERIOD! We offer pricing based on reasonable quantities - under 25 or over 25 with your choice of an 18 or 30 month warranty. Whenever possible, we use only first quality Japanese cells. We are one of the few suppliers willing to tell you the origin of our cells right up front - either Japan, or China (Gold Peak or BYD). For most radios, we offer a choice of battery chemistry (Lithium-Ion - Best for most users, Nickel Metal-Hydride - Lighter and with more capacity than Nickel-Cadmium. We still offer Ni-Cd since it is the battery of choice by many users and provide an authorized battery recycling depot for return of depleted batteries. We offer capacity to meet your requirements. The more capacity, the longer the operating life. On average, you can assume about 45 minutes of operation for each 100 mAh of battery capacity. Some batteries come with replacement pocket clips supplied with the battery. When the clip is included, it will be noted on our Price Guide. You can order by governmental or approved corporate purchase order as well as American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. Shipping charges are easy to calculate. You can choose your shipment method with shipping charges calculated in accord with the following table.
