A word about our pricing

Is the best price the cheapest price?  Do some customers get better prices than others?  How do you ever know if you got the best price?  How do you know if your vendor of choice is competent, honest, or will be around to take care of you when needed?  We all have these questions when we purchase goods or services, in particular if we don't have personal experience with the supplier.

We've been around for awhile, over twenty years in our newly termed business area which we call Vodaeo (Voice-Data-Video).  Over the years, we've learned that there will always be people in business who shouldn't be, but we have to live with them, and so do YOU!  That is just one of the reasons why we offer three different pricing terms - Best Value, Government contract, and Lowest Price Guaranteed.

For most of our customer, Best Value Pricing is generally the preferred alternative as this plan includes shipping, programming, no additional charge for credit card payment, and free tech support while never exceeding MSRP pricing.  GSA and State Contract pricing is available for those that qualify (government agencies, public safety organizations, and schools) at discounts ranging from 15 to 37.25% depending on the vendor.  However, it should be noted that these programs do NOT include all the services included on our Best Value pricing plans.  For those that know what they want, and need neither pre-sale or post support, we extend an offer to meet or beat the lowest price offered by any competitor (equal terms and conditions of course). Normally, the prices listed on our web page will be base on Best Value pricing unless otherwise noted. You will pricing on our web pages although it is not presented in catalog format.  Anybody can put a price catalog on line. We think you deserve more.  For that reason, we have chosen to present our pricing in a logical format that allows you to select the products required without going through pages and pages of pricing.  However, we do have a "web store" at www.bestpriceradio.com where you can do a search by manufacturer or by product with offerings by Critical RF (SDR Plus), Eagleye, HYT, ICOM, Midland, Motorola, Omnicron, Ritron, TEKK, US Alert, and US Fleet Tracking among others.
