by Falcon Direct can be returned within 15 days after purchase for a complete refund.  No money changes hands.  Just provide your American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit card information.  We will not charge your card.  We will simply do a pre-authorization check.  If you decide to keep your evaluation product, just do nothing.  Your card will be automatically charged 20 days after shipment to you.

If you decide not to keep the product, all we ask is that the product be returned in undamaged condition, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, packaging and a copy of your original invoice. No explanation is required although we would appreciate your telling us the reason for return so we can avoid a similar problem for others.  We ask that you return the product within 15 days after receipt either by personal delivery or by the courier of your choice.
