Any product sold.......
If you decide not to keep the product, all we ask is that the product be returned in undamaged condition, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, packaging and a copy of your original invoice. No explanation is required although we would appreciate your telling us the reason for return so we can avoid a similar problem for others. We ask that you return the product within 15 days after receipt either by personal delivery or by the courier of your choice. That's our policy - simple, effective and fair to all parties. We also have a policy that allows return of equipment beyond the trial period. Equipment that has been in your possession for more than 30 days but less than 45 days shall be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
