An open letter to mayors,
police chiefs, and members
of the business community
from.......

Greetings!
Weve
been working with several Alabama and Mississippi cities in developing a program
that would provide a working partnership between participating municipalities,
the merchant community, and a technology partner to reduce crime, enhance the
safety of those in your community, and strengthen the relationship between
citizens and government. Its called the Community
Network Program or CNP.
We think this program may be of interest in your area as well!
Following this letter, we
have included information that explains the many services that can be made
available to your community. As you
will note, the services are available either on private radio networks or in
conjunction with your patrol dispatch channels.
The greatest benefit is to allow emergency message broadcasts directly
over public safety 2-way radio systems to officers in the field.
This can significantly reduce response time with major benefits to all
concerned.
Additionally, we have developed
a new device, known as the CrookCatcher
to give police departments a single, inexpensive tool to provide a
variety of crime deterring services. Additional
information is contained in the attached Press Release and price schedule.
For under two thousand dollars, a police department can have a single
unit that can provide wireless surveillance, both indoors and outdoors, as well
as monitoring vending machines even premises that my be subject to arson
and/or vandalism!
Of
equal importance is the third element of this three-part program.
We call it the Law
Enforcement Assistance Fund
or LEAF.
Those departments who participate in the CNP program are eligible to
receive financial assistance through the LEAF program based on the sale of CNP
products and services sold in your community.
The amount is calculated at one hundred fifty dollars for any Quick
Assist, Quick Assist II, Reporter or Call Box, or Companion unit purchased for
use in your jurisdiction.
LEAF
credits are placed in a special account for your police department.
These credits can be used for the purchase of a variety of products and
services including a Companion emergency calling system for city offices, the
aforementioned CrookCatcher
, and other specialized wireless services
available from Falcon Direct.
We have provided additional information on the CNP program for your review. There are a number of ways we can work together to introduce CNP services in your area. I would welcome the opportunity of working with you to make your city a better place to live, work, and play. Lets get together and make it happen!
