Extended Care Programs
| In addition to the normal warranty, Falcon Direct offers a variety of special service programs to meet the special needs of those we serve. Our exclusive TotalCare program offers three years of service with next day exchange replacement, all shipping cost and repairs at reasonable cost. This service is available on all HYT radios. Flat rate repair provides all repairs, upgrades, housings, clips, batteries, and return shipping cost for a single flat rate fee. The cost of repair on any handheld radio or mobile radio is $165 and the cost of repair on either of the repeaters is $265. Abuse and damage caused by water or lightning is excluded.
