by Falcon Wireless is available for evaluation.  All we ask is that you complete, sign and return an evaluation form that specifies the terms of the agreement, the type of equipment to be provided, and the mutual responsibilities of both parties. The form is available at www.info4u.us/evaluate.pdf.

We ask that you provide your American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit card information.  We will not charge your card.  We will simply do a pre-authorization check.  If you decide to keep your evaluation product, just do nothing.  Your card will be automatically charged 20 days after shipment.

If you decide not to keep the product, all we ask is that the product be returned in undamaged condition, complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, packaging and a copy of your original invoice. No explanation is required although we would appreciate your telling us the reason for return so we can avoid a similar problem for others.  We ask that you return the product within 15 days after receipt either by personal delivery or by the courier of your choice.       

There is one exception to this "no charge" return policy which relates to equipment that requires special setup or programming.  For example, most 2-way radios require programming on specific frequencies and optional features desired by the user.  This takes time and resources which means there is a non recoverable cost associated with such services.

The programming of a radio can be accomplished in one of three ways - by us, by the user who has the required PC programming kit and cable, or in a few rare cases, by using the keypad on field programmable radios such as the JMX-146D as well as some models of BK Relm.  We recommend the third option only to experienced radio technicians - not for one time radio purchasers!

So, if we do the programming, there is a non-refundable charge of $37.50.  If you do the programming yourself, there is no cost (other than the cost of an optional programming kit if purchased), but it would be wise to keep in mind that support is not included for assistance in doing your own programming.  Phone support is available at a rate of $75 per hour (one-half hour minimum paid by credit card)

That's our policy - simple, effective and fair to all parties.  We also have a policy that allows return of equipment beyond the trial period.  Equipment that has been in your possession for more than 30 days but less than 45 days shall be subject to a 25% restocking charge.  Equipment retained  for longer than 45 days but less than one year shall be subject to a 50% return charge.     For a full listing of our products, please visit falconwireless.net.  If you have additional questions, just give us a call, anytime, 24/7 at 800.489.2611 or drop us an email to ServingU@The-Communicators.net.
