Falcon Direct is many things to many people. Some people think of our company as a manufacturer, which indeed we are as an innovator in on-site communications. Others know us as a pioneer in digital wireless technology.

We could go into all the reasons why wireless institutional paging systems are increasingly being used across the USA and why we feel that ours is the best, but we will leave that to the marketing and technical people. Suffice it to say, that we truly have an understanding of your needs and we have done our best to address those needs.

The first question that always comes up is price. Let's get that out of the way - as low as $349 for a sending terminal and $59 for each alerting receiver. By the way - we offer only commercial quality systems. We do not sell the consumer grade 27 MHz retail store type units. We sell only top quality UHF-FM systems specifically designed for church and institutional use. We offer higher priced models and as the case with anything else, there is generally a good reason for price differences. There are those who may offer a lower price. All we can say is that if the price is significantly lower, there has to be a significant difference in what you are getting.

From experience, we can tell you that the number one problem with church nursery paging is batteries. Like everyone else, we tried everything from rechargeable batteries, to simple one-button controls, reminder lights, and most anything else you can name. After many trials and errors we finally came up with a receiver that will not beep, does not require charging, and does not require a college degree to operate it! Our new EPager receivers can all be turned off at the push of a button from the sending terminal, and the user can NOT turn them off! If you want the best all purpose receiver, consider the top of the line Swissphone DE900. It costs a little more initially. In the long run, it can easily be your best investment!

We provide the required FCC operating license at no charge or delay for processing and we offer an option next day exchange program to supplement our standard warranty.

We have also developed a new product called a Repeater. Without getting technical, let us simply say that this gadget picks up and repeats signals from the sending terminal to fill in dead areas (remote buildings etc.). Generally, it is not required, but the secondary application is to allow sharing of facilities between churches. We will not get into the details now, but I can tell you that a local ministerial association can use one remote access terminal (telephone dial access) and a number of Repeater units at participating churches to significantly reduce overall costs for each participating church.
