What makes us different?

There are some good people offering products similar to the original ParentFinder and our newest AirPage II system.  One of the oldest is JTECH Wireless who offers their products at competitive prices.  Although their primary market is the hospitality (bar and restaurants), they still have many institutional users.  Long Range Systems also manufacturers their own products and primarily compete with JTECH.  Visiplex offers their products directly to the user as well as through private brand labelers, and dealers.   

 

There are other companies who do not make their own paging products such as Fowler Inc. (primarily an audio visual supplier who has attempted to capitalize on our original ParentFinder name with the ParentCall system), Now another company is offering the Parent Page system.  Imitation must be one of the sincerest forms of flattery! Our newest product, known as the AirPage II system is simply an improvement of the original ParentFinder system.  

 

Microframe Corporation, best known for the manufacturer of light board notification systems has added a private label wireless paging system.  To our knowledge, Micro frame's major competitor, RPT Electronics (Silent Usher) has yet to enter the wireless paging business.  There are others entering (and leaving) the market on an almost daily basis.  Some of the newer resellers include TTI Paging and Wireless, and Seeker Communications, both of whom are apparently selling the same products manufactured by a private label supplier.

 

The thing that sets us apart is that we are the oldest of the bunch and we specialize in serving the needs of those who serve others with a primary emphasis on serving the needs of church and institutional users.  As a result we offer a receiver that is user proof.  It can not be accidentally switched to a tone alert mode and it cant be accidentally turned on or off.   

 

Things like providing a required FCC license at no cost and offering supplemental service programs have long set us apart from our competition.  Next day service exchange, and fixed low rate service cost on out of warranty equipment make us unique. A willingness to address problems from a customer perspective is a trademark of the Falcon Direct way of doing business.  Ask any of our customers they will tell you!  We have never sacrificed quality to lower price, and never will, although we are consistently competitive with equipment of comparable features.  We don't offer low priced starter systems.  You can find those at Radio Shack or E-Bay.  Our objective is to provide fair pricing, both on equipment and service while providing maximum value. That is the Falcon difference!
